Cooper brings over two decades of experience in corporate development, finance, and operations, including previous board roles at Alpha Lithium Corporation and Nasdaq-listed Counterpath Corporation. The company expressed gratitude to outgoing director Harvinder Singh and continues to focus on expanding access to medical cannabis and wellness products.
