AJ Bell PLC has reported that key managerial personnel and associated persons purchased company shares under the Buy As You Earn scheme on June 11, 2024. The shares were bought at a price of £3.775 each, with individual transactions detailed for each person. Following these purchases, the notification revealed each manager’s total shareholding and percentage of the company’s issued share capital.
