Airtasker Limited has reported a change in the interests of director Xiaofan (Fred) Bai, with a notable increase in rights under the NED Equity Plan by 69,703, valued at $18,750 which was offset against director fees. Bai maintains substantial indirect and direct interests in the company, holding over 33 million and 24 million ordinary fully paid shares respectively, alongside the newly acquired rights. No securities were disposed of, and these transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
