Airtasker Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Catherine Ann O’Connor, who, through indirect interests, acquired 14,870 Rights under the NED Equity Plan valued at $4,000 in lieu of director fees. Post-change, O’Connor’s indirect holdings include 150,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares and 58,268 Rights. The company has made this information public in accordance with ASX listing rules.
