In its first-quarter 2025 earnings report, Air Lease Corporation reported robust financial performance, highlighted by significant revenue growth, fleet expansion, and a notable insurance settlement related to its Russian fleet.

The company achieved a revenue increase of 11.3% to $738.3 million, driven by a 5% rise in rental revenues and a 90% surge in aircraft sales, trading, and other revenues. Net income attributable to common stockholders soared by 274.5% to $364.8 million, largely due to a $332 million insurance settlement. The company also expanded its fleet with 14 new aircraft deliveries and sold 16 aircraft for $521 million.

Air Lease ended the quarter with a strong liquidity position of $7.4 billion and increased its unsecured revolving credit facility to $8.2 billion. The company placed a significant portion of its orderbook on long-term leases, ensuring stable future rental income.
