Advanced Health Intelligence Ltd. has extended the deadline until June 30, 2024, for Shanghai-based Changlin Network Technology Ltd. to fulfill the exclusive license agreement signed in August 2023, which includes a $10 million upfront payment and an annual fee of $5 million thereafter, along with a 25% revenue share from Changlin’s gross sales. The extension was granted due to Changlin’s progress in securing funding and advancing commercial partnerships with major Chinese insurers and healthcare organizations. AHI’s technology aims to revolutionize China’s approach to healthcare by enabling early detection and management of chronic diseases through accessible mobile health screenings.
