Agronomics Limited has announced the immediate appointment of Dr. Philip Boigner as interim CEO of its advisory firm Shellbay Investments Limited, succeeding Mr. Anthony Chow who will assist in the transition. The change follows a strategic review by non-executive chair James Mellon, aiming to address the disappointing share price and unlock the value of Agronomics’ portfolio in cellular agriculture. Additionally, an error in reporting Jim Mellon’s shareholding was corrected, updating his total interest to 15.46% of the company’s issued capital.
