Aftermath Silver Ltd. is launching a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $3 million through the sale of over 13 million units at $0.22 each, including shares and warrants. The proceeds are earmarked for advancing the Berenguela Silver-Copper-Manganese project in Peru, alongside general corporate purposes. The offering includes finder’s fees and is subject to regulatory approvals, including a four-month hold period.
