Africa Oil Corp. has announced a semi-annual cash dividend of US$0.025 per share, payable on March 28, 2024, to shareholders on record as of March 8, 2024. The dividend is eligible for Canadian tax purposes, with payments made in local currencies for TSX and Nasdaq Stockholm traded shares. The company’s AGM is scheduled for May 23, 2024.
