Africa Oil Corp. has successfully repurchased 1,297,177 of its common shares between April 22 and April 26, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. This program, which aligns with regulatory guidelines, has seen a total of 12,507,849 shares bought back since its initiation in December 2023. The company aims to reinforce shareholder value by potentially buying back up to 38,654,702 shares within a year.
