Africa Oil Corp (TSE:AOI) has released an update.
Africa Oil Corp. has successfully repurchased 302,250 of its common shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, between February 19 and February 23, 2024, with transactions executed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stockholm. All acquired shares will be cancelled, contributing to a total of 4,329,597 shares bought back since the program’s initiation on December 6, 2023. The program aims to buy back up to 38,654,702 shares by December 5, 2024.
