Africa Oil Corp (TSE:AOI) has released an update.
Africa Oil Corp. has successfully repurchased 424,125 of its common shares as part of a share buyback program between February 26 and March 1, 2024, with transactions on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stockholm. The buyback program, which aims to purchase a maximum of 38,654,702 shares, has led to the cancellation of 4,418,847 shares since its inception on December 6, 2023. As a result, the total number of outstanding shares with voting rights is now 459,413,024.
