Adial Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has finalized a Separation Agreement with Dr. Bankole A. Johnson, entitling him to a one-time fee of $54,375 and the opportunity to earn up to $225,000 based on meeting specific milestones for AD04 development by the end of 2024. Additionally, Dr. Johnson can offer consulting services to the company at $850 per hour. The agreement also includes a clause preventing both parties from making disparaging remarks about each other.
