Adherium Limited has announced a new securities issuance, proposing to issue up to 340,039,981 options over shares exercisable at $0.03 and expiring on June 30, 2025, along with an additional 78,500,000 shares and 7,585,800 unlisted options exercisable at $0.04. This move, set to take place between May 3, 2024, and May 27, 2024, aims to bolster the company’s financial flexibility.
