Adairs Director Increases Shareholding

Adairs Ltd. (AU:ADH) has released an update.

Adairs Limited has announced a change in Director Kiera Grant’s interests, reporting an acquisition of 6,627 Adairs ordinary shares at $1.80 per share, under the FY24 dividend reinvestment plan. As a result, Grant now indirectly holds a total of 177,054 fully paid ordinary shares through The Northern Trust Company on behalf of KLG Co Pty Ltd, where Grant is a shareholder and beneficiary.
