Dr. Magovcevic-Liebisch’s selection for the director role is independent of any other agreements, and she will receive the standard indemnification agreement for non-employee directors. Additionally, she’s granted a stock option for 32,500 shares with a three-year vesting period, alongside cash compensation, aligning with the company’s existing non-employee director compensation policy.
