a.k.a. Brands, Inc. secured a four-year employment agreement with Kenneth C. White, their Chief Legal Officer and Head of People, with a starting annual salary of $350,000, later increased to $360,500. The contract, which includes potential annual bonuses, various employee benefits, and a post-termination severance package, also imposes restrictive covenants on White regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and non-competition. An indemnification agreement is also planned, aligning with those of other executives.
