4Front Ventures Corp., a multi-state cannabis operator, has announced a brokered offering of up to C$5,000,100 through the sale of 47,620,000 units at C$0.105 each. The units, consisting of a share and a purchase warrant, will be offered via a shelf registration statement and are expected to close around July 10, 2024. Proceeds from the offering will be utilized for purchasing equipment, inventory, and new retail licenses, and for completing retail location buildouts.
