Tony Robert Pitt, a director of 360 Capital Group Limited and associated entities, has increased his direct and indirect holdings in the company. He acquired an additional 269,419 Fully Paid Ordinary Stapled Securities at the price of $0.64 per security through on-market trades on several dates across mid-April 2024. Following these acquisitions, Pitt’s total holdings in the company amount to 98,605,215 Fully Paid Ordinary Stapled Securities and 501,000 2021 LTI Performance Rights.
