Becton Dickinson And Company (BDX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
At BD’s 2024 Annual Meeting held on January 23, 2024, all Board of Directors’ nominees were elected for one-year terms. The appointment of Ernst & Young as the company’s independent auditor for the fiscal year 2024 was ratified. Additionally, the shareholders approved the compensation of BD’s named executive officers on an advisory, non-binding basis.
