On January 24, 2024, the Company filed a preliminary prospectus supplement with the SEC, detailing preliminary financial information as of December 31, 2023, including unrestricted cash of approximately $339 million, an aggregate unpaid gross balance of loans and other receivables at $2,411 million, notes payable of $1,862 million, total revenue of $309 million, and a net income range of $18-20 million for common shareholders. The financial statement preparation for the year ended December 31, 2023, is incomplete, making these figures estimates based on information available at the time of the report. Management advises that these preliminary figures should not replace comprehensive financial statements or be overly relied upon.
