Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation announced a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share payable on February 23, 2024, to shareholders of record by February 9, 2024. Additionally, a quarterly dividend for the 6.875% Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series A, at $171.88 per share ($0.43 per depositary share), will be paid on March 1, 2024, to shareholders on record as of February 15, 2024.
