Assure Holdings (IONM) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
Assure Holdings Corp. reconvened its annual meeting on January 19, 2024, with approximately 48% of its common stock represented. Shareholders approved the adjournment of the meeting to February 9, 2024, to solicit additional votes for two key proposals: increasing authorized common shares to 250,000,000 and authorizing the issuance of 10,000,000 preferred shares, both of which received over 80% approval from voting stockholders. Management is optimistic that the required majority of outstanding common stock will support the proposals at the reconvened meeting.
