Allarity Therapeutics, Inc. (ALLR) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
Allarity Therapeutics, Inc. and 3i, LP amended the Securities Purchase Agreement on January 25, 2024, to revise Section 4.22, specifying that the Purchaser now has demand registration rights starting 90 days post the initial closing date. This Amendment modifies the agreement originally dated January 18, 2024, with further details available in the full text of the Amendment.
