Agrify (AGFY) has released an update.
On January 22, 2024, the Company issued 2,473,542 shares of common stock to the Prior Lender following the cashless exercise of two warrants from October 2023. This included the full exercise of the Abeyance Warrant and a partial exercise of the Exchange Warrant, which can still be exercised for additional shares. Additionally, on January 25, 2024, the Company publicly announced the Restated Note, its partial conversion, the Charter Amendment approval, and the issuance of shares to the Prior Lender.
