Adt Inc (ADT) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a regulation fd disclosure.
The Company announced its departure from the residential solar business and the initiation of a Share Repurchase Plan. Concurrently, it declared a 57% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.055 per share for common and Class B common stockholders, payable on April 4, 2024, to those on record as of March 14, 2024.
