The Penny Stock Screener enables investors to identify stocks using various filters such as Sector, Price Target Upside, Smart Score, Analyst Consensus, Dollar Volume, and Price Change.

We leveraged the tool to identify the top three penny stocks with the highest Dollar Volume as of market close on November 10, 2025. Dollar Volume refers to the total value of shares traded in a day, calculated by multiplying the number of shares traded by the stock’s price.

BIO-Key International (BYKI) – BIO-Key specializes in identity and access management (IAM) solutions with a focus on biometric authentication technologies. On November 10, BYKI had a Dollar Volume of $461.04 million, accompanied by a stock price drop of nearly 17%.

The share price decline appears to be a reversal from BYKI’s rally witnessed on November 7 and 10. On Friday, BIO-Key announced a deal with a major defense security organization in the Middle East, whose name remains undisclosed for security reasons. BIO-Key will support the customer’s critical infrastructure and secure sensitive areas using biometric and multi-factor authentication solutions. This is one of BIO-Key’s largest regional contracts and expands its presence in the Middle East, thanks to its partnership with the Saudi-based distributor Cloud Distribution.

Motorsport Games (MSGM) – Motorsport Games is an American motorsport video game developer, publisher, and esports event organizer. On Monday, MSGM had a Dollar Volume of $395.86 million, while its stock price fell by 8.3%.

The decline seems to be a reversal from Friday’s rally, when Motorsport reported solid Q3FY25 results. The company posted a profit of $0.14 per share in Q3FY25, a big improvement from a loss of $0.18 per share a year earlier. Revenue rose 71.9% to $3.1 million, up from $1.8 million in Q3FY24. The company attributed the solid results to the success of Le Mans Ultimate, released on July 22, 2025, which has received “Mostly Positive” reviews on Steam.

MMTec (MTC) – MMTec, Inc. is a China-based full-service investment bank and asset management company. Yesterday, MTC had a Dollar Volume of $77.24 million, while its stock price dropped by 8.1%.

MTC stock is witnessing high volatility following the receipt of a delisting notice from Nasdaq on October 27, due to its stock closing below the $1.00 minimum bid price for 30 consecutive days. The company was ineligible for the standard 180-day cure period because it had completed a 1-for-8 reverse stock split in December 2024, which disqualifies it from the compliance period under Nasdaq’s updated rules.
