ETF Overview

Leverage Shares 2X Long STM Daily ETF

Leverage Shares 2X Long STM Daily ETF (STMX) is a single-stock, leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks to deliver 200% of the daily price movement of STMicroelectronics N.V. (NYSE: STM), after fees and expenses. Classified in the Information Technology sector with a niche focus on Semiconductors, STMX gives investors amplified, short-term exposure to a leading semiconductor manufacturer that designs and manufactures semiconductor solutions — including microcontrollers and sensors used across automotive, industrial and consumer technology markets. Because STMX is a 2x daily leveraged product, it is designed to achieve twice the daily return of STM, not twice the return over longer holding periods. The fund resets its leverage daily, so returns over multiple days can diverge significantly from twice the cumulative performance of the underlying stock due to compounding, volatility decay and financing costs. This makes STMX most appropriate for active traders and tactical, short-term strategies who want to magnify a bullish view on STMicroelectronics or the semiconductor cycle. Investors should be aware of the heightened risks: amplified losses in down markets, single-stock concentration and company-specific risk, semiconductor industry cyclicality and supply-chain or macroeconomic sensitivity, potential tracking error and ongoing costs that erode returns over time. STMX provides a high-conviction, high-risk tool for traders seeking leveraged exposure to STM with the convenience and intraday liquidity of an ETF, but it is not intended as a buy-and-hold vehicle.
