ETF Overview
T-REX 2X Long SNDK Daily Target ETF
T-REX 2X Long SNDK Daily Target ETF (SNDU) is a leveraged, single‑name equity exchange-traded fund that seeks to deliver 200% of the daily price performance of SanDisk Corporation (SNDK), net of fees and expenses. Classified in the Information Technology sector and concentrated in the Technology Hardware, Storage & Peripheral niche, SNDU provides amplified, short‑horizon exposure to the share‑price movements of a single storage‑hardware issuer rather than broad sector diversification. The fund achieves its objective primarily through derivatives—such as swap agreements—and other synthetic instruments rather than by holding a proportional basket of the underlying equity. It is designed and rebalanced daily: the target is twice the daily return of SNDK before fees, which produces magnified gains in trending markets but also magnified losses during adverse moves. Because of daily re‑setting and compounding, returns over multi‑day periods can differ materially from two times the cumulative return of SNDK. SNDU is best suited for active traders, tactical market participants, and short‑term hedgers who want amplified directional exposure to SanDisk’s stock on a day‑to‑day basis. Investors should be aware of the elevated risks relative to unlevered or diversified ETFs: leverage risk, volatility and path‑dependency risk, counterparty credit risk from derivative counterparties, potential tracking error, and issuer‑concentration risk tied to a single company in the storage and peripherals niche. The fund’s performance is reported net of management fees and expenses, and it is generally not intended for long‑term buy‑and‑hold investors.
