ETF Overview
Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF - September Series
Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF – September Series (QQSE) is a Nasdaq-100-focused structured outcome ETF designed for investors seeking participation in the growth and technology-oriented companies represented by the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, while reducing exposure to moderate market declines. For the outcome period from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, the Fund seeks to deliver the QQQ’s price return, excluding dividends, up to an upside cap of 18.60%. In exchange for this capped upside potential, QQSE is structured to absorb the first 15% of losses in QQQ over the same period, before investors experience losses on a one-for-one basis beyond that buffer. As a downside-hedge strategy within the Structured Outcome category, the Fund may appeal to investors who want defined downside protection and measured access to the Nasdaq-100’s growth and technology exposure, while recognizing that the buffer is limited, upside is capped, dividends are not included in the target return, and the protection applies only when the Fund is held for the full outcome period and subject to the Fund’s terms.
