ETF Overview
VegaShares AI Thermal, Cooling & Power Management ETF
The VegaShares AI Thermal, Cooling & Power Management ETF (COOL) is a sector-focused, thematic exchange-traded fund that targets the often-overlooked infrastructure enabling the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. Rather than investing directly in AI software or chip designers, COOL concentrates on companies whose businesses are centered on thermal management, cooling systems and power-management solutions—technologies that are critical to keeping modern data centers, GPU farms and edge-compute sites running efficiently and reliably as compute densities rise.
The Fund seeks capital appreciation by assembling a diversified portfolio of publicly traded firms across the technology, industrials and energy sectors whose primary products and services include precision air and liquid cooling, immersion cooling systems, heat exchangers and sinks, thermal interface materials, power conversion and distribution equipment, uninterruptible power supplies and energy-storage integration, power semiconductors and advanced power electronics, and AI-driven systems that optimize facility-level energy use. Holdings span the full supply chain: component manufacturers, system integrators, equipment OEMs, and service providers that design, install and maintain mission-critical cooling and power infrastructure for data centers, telecom facilities and industrial computing environments.
COOL occupies a broad thematic niche at the intersection of electrification, energy efficiency and next-generation computing. Key drivers for the strategy include the exponential growth of AI workloads, rising rack- and chip-level power densities, greater corporate and regulatory focus on energy efficiency and carbon reduction, and increased capital investment in data-center infrastructure worldwide. The Fund is intended for investors who want targeted exposure to the companies that enable reliable, efficient computing at scale—a secular theme that complements traditional tech and semiconductor allocations.
As a sector-focused thematic vehicle, COOL offers concentrated exposure and may be more sensitive to industry capital-spending cycles, technology shifts and cyclical demand than broad-market ETFs. Investors should expect a growth-oriented, infrastructure-centric portfolio that highlights the companies solving the thermal and power challenges of the AI era.
