Additionally, Universal Mfg. Co. designs, manufactures, and assembles armor-related products for military equipment, primarily serving the United States government. The company further provides comprehensive steel fabrication services, encompassing cutting, forming, bending, welding, and assembly of heavy-gauge steel parts for original equipment manufacturers and other clients with similar requirements. Its automotive market reach extends to dealers, jobbers, repair shops, and other parts distributors throughout the United States and Canada. The company, founded in 1945, is based in Lincoln, Nebraska.
