Uranium American Resources Inc. specializes in the discovery and extraction of mineral resources, with a particular emphasis on uranium and vanadium deposits. The company possesses complete ownership (a 100% interest) in significant projects, including the Marysvale Project in Utah, the SKY Project in Wyoming, and the Stateline Project situated in Colorado. Prior to July 2004, the entity was known as Tonogold Resources, Inc., when it officially rebranded to its current name. The principal operations are managed from its base in Woodland Hills, California.
