They also provide solutions for bleeding and wound management, catering to a wide range of clients including surgical teams, general healthcare providers, consumers, and military markets. A key innovation from TriStar is its "Delivery Device with Invertible Diaphragm," a specialized medical applicator engineered for the safe and non-damaging internal administration of medicaments and other devices within the body. Furthermore, the company develops over-the-counter products aimed at itch suppression, and it is also involved in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of additional medical devices focused on wound care and infection control. Originally incorporated as BioPack Environmental Solutions, Inc., the company officially changed its name to TriStar Wellness Solutions, Inc. in January 2013. Based in Portland, Oregon, TriStar Wellness Solutions, Inc. ultimately faced financial difficulties, leading to a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7, filed on January 15, 2016, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.
