Southridge Enterprises, Inc., operating through its subsidiary Southridge Minerals, Inc., focuses on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and silver deposits across Mexico. The company has secured agreements to acquire a 100% interest in two significant properties: the Cinco Minas property, an expanse of approximately 10,750 hectares located northwest of Guadalajara, and the Gran Cabrera property, covering roughly 4,300 hectares, situated northwest of Cinco Minas. Additionally, Southridge Enterprises holds an option to obtain a 40% stake in the extensive Esperanza property, which spans about 106,333 hectares and lies north of La Estancia, Jalisco. Established in 2004, the company's headquarters are in Dallas, Texas. Southridge Enterprises Inc. functions as a subsidiary of Novamex Mineral SA.
