Spyglass Resources Corp. (SGLRF) operates as an intermediate entity within the oil and gas sector, managing petroleum and natural gas assets throughout the extensive Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Its key operational sites include Dixonville, Enchant, Retlaw, Matziwin, and Halkirk-Provost, all located in Alberta, in addition to Noel in British Columbia. As of December 31, 2014, the company's total proved and probable reserves stood at 54,129 Mboe. The firm, once known as Pace Oil & Gas Ltd., adopted the name Spyglass Resources Corp. in March 2013, a change that followed its merger with Charger Energy Corp. and AvenEx Energy Corp. Spyglass Resources Corp. maintains its corporate headquarters in Calgary, Canada. On November 26, 2015, a collective of lenders initiated involuntary proceedings against Spyglass Resources Corp. by filing a petition with the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, a petition that was subsequently sanctioned by the court on that very day.
