Founded in Glendale, California in 1957, Scoobeez Global, Inc. delivers on-demand logistics services, specializing in expedited, door-to-door delivery for enterprise clients in California and Texas, ensuring same-day service. Originally incorporated as ABT Holdings, Inc., the company rebranded to Scoobeez Global, Inc. in March 2017. On April 30, 2019, it filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 reorganization with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, subsequently entering into joint administration with Scoobeez.
