Rodinia Oil Corp Class A
Operating primarily in Australia, Rodinia Oil Corp., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Rodinia Oil (Australia) Pty Ltd., focuses on securing and developing petroleum and natural gas reserves. The company maintains an 85% ownership interest in various hydrocarbon exploration licenses and permits, encompassing approximately 8.5 million net acres within South Australia and an estimated 11.1 million net acres across Western Australia. Founded in 2006, the enterprise adopted its current name, Rodinia Oil Corp., in March 2008, having previously been known as Officer Basin Energy Inc. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Calgary, Canada.
