Its operations primarily focus on the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The company possesses interests in the Boyne Lake Gas Project, which encompasses 11,520 acres of government-issued Oil Sand licenses located near Bonneyville, Alberta. Premium Energy Corp. adopted its current name in February 2013, having previously been known as Premium Petroleum Corp.
