Currently, their solutions are deployed across 70 distinct network types – including paging, cellular, wireline, fiber optic, and hybrid fiber-coaxial systems – facilitating subscriber management and transaction processing. Sales are primarily conducted in the United States, utilizing both a direct sales team and a network of channel partners. Incorporated in 1996 and headquartered in Irvine, California, the company initially operated as Primal Systems, Inc. before rebranding as Primal Solutions, Inc. in October 1999. Primal Solutions, Inc. was also formerly a subsidiary of Billing Services Group Limited.
