Founded in 1994 and based in Przezmierowo, Poland, PBG S.A. provides expert contracting services, primarily within Poland, for natural gas, crude oil, and fuel infrastructure. The company acts as a main or sub-contractor, handling engineering design, construction, repair, operational management, and upkeep for facilities involved in the production and transmission of natural gas and crude oil, as well as the storage of natural gas, diverse fuels, liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), C5+, and compressed natural gas (CNG). Beyond these core services, PBG S.A. manufactures boilers and environmental protection equipment for the power industry, including wet lime and semi-dry desulphurization systems. Its activities also extend to general construction, encompassing the erection of buildings and other structures, assembly of prefabricated and metal components, and organization of real estate development. The company also produces steam generators, develops commercial and residential properties, and operates hotels. Additionally, PBG S.A. offers financial intermediation, engineering and technical consulting, and construction and process design services. It also manages a portfolio of securities and investment assets.
