Black Iron Inc. is dedicated to the exploration and development of iron ore assets. The company possesses complete ownership (a 100% stake) in the Shymanivske iron ore project, an area spanning 2.56 square kilometers located in Krivyi Rih, Ukraine. Established in 2010, its corporate headquarters are based in Toronto, Canada.
