ORIX JREIT Inc. (OJR) began operations on September 10, 2001, and made its debut on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on June 12, 2002, marking it as the fourth Real Estate Investment Trust (JREIT) to be publicly traded in Japan. Functioning as an externally managed property fund in accordance with Japan's Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, OJR's assets are managed by ORIX Asset Management Corporation. This management firm is a direct subsidiary of ORIX Corporation (TSE: 8591, NYSE: IX (ADR)). OJR maintains a diversified portfolio, strategically acquiring and holding a range of properties including office complexes, retail centers, residential units, logistics warehouses, and hotels. Its core mission is to deliver consistent cash flow and robust asset appreciation for its investors over the medium to long term.
