Longport, Inc. focuses on the creation, production, promotion, and distribution of advanced high-resolution ultrasound imaging equipment. Although its primary market is the United States, the company also engages in international exports. A notable product is the EPISCAN I-200, a high-frequency ultrasound system designed to visualize the skin and underlying soft tissue using frequencies ranging from 20 to 50 MHz. These versatile devices are utilized across numerous medical and other domains, including the evaluation and prevention of wounds, clinical dermatology, aesthetic and plastic surgery, burn assessment, superficial musculoskeletal imaging, and veterinary applications. Established in 1993, Longport, Inc. is headquartered in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.
