Legend Oil and Gas
Legend Oil and Gas, Ltd. (LOGL) is primarily involved in the road transportation and trucking of crude oil. The company provides its hauling services to major institutional drilling and exploration firms, along with crude oil marketers. Its operational focus is predominantly within the significant oil-producing regions of the Bakken in North Dakota, and the Permian Basin, which encompasses areas of Texas and New Mexico. Founded in 2000, the company was initially known as SIN Holdings, Inc., before officially adopting the name Legend Oil and Gas, Ltd. in November 2010. Its corporate headquarters are located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
