Misto Holdings Corporation
FILA Holdings Corporation, operating through its various subsidiaries, markets and distributes a broad spectrum of products both domestically in Korea and internationally. This extensive range includes textiles, apparel, footwear, leather goods, timepieces, beauty products, and golf equipment, primarily under the FILA brand. The company also manufactures and sells golf-related items, such as balls, clubs, and accessories, which are branded Titleist. A key part of its business involves licensing FILA-branded merchandise and exporting its diverse product lines. Established in 1991, the company was formerly known as FILA Korea Ltd. before adopting its current name, FILA Holdings Corporation, in January 2020. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Seoul, South Korea.
