Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Return To ProfitabilityA return to positive net income and operating profit in 2026 demonstrates the company can generate earnings after prior losses. This provides a durable operational foundation to rebuild reserves, improve creditor confidence and support ongoing deleveraging if management sustains project execution and cost discipline.
Debt ReductionA material decline in total debt over two years meaningfully lowers refinancing and interest-rate risk, improving funding flexibility. Structurally lower leverage gives management more capacity to pursue new contracts or restructure projects without immediate liquidity pressure, strengthening medium-term solvency.
Operating Cash Flow Turned PositivePositive operating cash flow signals improving cash generation from core activities and better working-capital management versus prior years. If sustained, this trend supports internal funding for projects and reduces reliance on external financing, a durable improvement in the company’s cash-cycle dynamics.
Bears Say
Persistent Negative EquityPersistent negative equity materially weakens the balance sheet, limiting the firm's ability to absorb future losses and constraining access to credit. This structural capital shortfall raises refinancing and covenant risks and reduces strategic flexibility over the coming months unless reversed.
Volatile, Negative Free Cash FlowRecurring negative and volatile free cash flow indicates the business still struggles to convert earnings into durable liquidity. Project timing and working-capital swings can force external funding, increasing refinancing risk and limiting capital available for strategic investment over the medium term.
Thin Margins & Revenue DeclineVery thin margins coupled with a recent top-line decline reduce operating leverage and leave profits highly sensitive to cost inflation or adverse project mix. Structurally low profitability limits the company’s ability to rebuild equity and cash buffers, increasing vulnerability to future shocks.
