Golden Phoenix Minerals Inc
Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. focuses its efforts on exploring and developing gold and silver deposits across Nevada. The company holds an exclusive right to acquire an 80% stake in the Mhakari properties, which are located near Silver Peak, Nevada. These holdings include the Vanderbilt silver and gold project, the Coyote Fault gold and silver project, the Galena Flat gold project, and additional claims that extend the Coyote Fault property. Additionally, Golden Phoenix has an option to obtain an interest in the North Springs properties, which consist of 16 unpatented lode mining claims spread across three blocks on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in American Fork, Utah.
