Established in 1988 as Boundaries Capital, Inc., Golden Patriot, Corp. is a Great Neck, New York-based entity primarily involved in identifying, investigating, and developing mineral resources, with a specific focus on uranium and gold deposits throughout the United States. The company holds an exclusive option to acquire complete ownership of the Lucky Boy Uranium Project in Gila County, Arizona, which consists of fourteen Bureau of Land Management (BLM) claims and an adjacent 80-acre State Lease. Additionally, Golden Patriot maintains an interest in the Gold View Property, located within Nevada's Cortez trend, encompassing approximately 1,450 acres and 76 unpatented lode claims.
