Bulls Say, Bears Say
Bulls Say
Recovered Revenue & ProfitabilityRevenue and net income improvement to 460.2M and 51.1M in 2025 demonstrates the core land-based casino business can rebound post-disruption. Durable demand recovery and a restored net margin provide a stronger baseline for multi-month operating stability and reinvestment decisions.
Positive Operating Cash FlowConsistently positive and rising operating cash flow shows the underlying venues generate real cash from operations. This supports working capital, funds some capex, and underpins liquidity resilience over the next several months even while investment or financing needs drive negative free cash flow.
Stronger Equity And Asset BaseAn enlarged equity base and 1.03B of assets provide a structural cushion against shocks and support borrowing capacity. Higher equity increases solvency headroom, helping sustain operations and negotiate financing or partnerships over a multi-month horizon if cash needs persist.
Bears Say
Rising LeverageA material jump in debt materially increases financial risk and interest obligations, reducing flexibility. Elevated leverage limits the company's ability to absorb weaker months, raises refinancing sensitivity, and could constrain capital allocation or dividend policy over the coming 2–6 months.
Deeply Negative Free Cash FlowNegative free cash flow for two consecutive years signals investment or funding demands exceed operating cash generation. This structural cash shortfall forces dependence on debt or equity financing, increasing refinancing and liquidity risk and pressuring long-term capital allocation flexibility.
Earnings VolatilityPronounced swings in profitability indicate earnings are cyclically sensitive to footfall and gaming volumes. This volatility reduces predictability of cash flows and underwriting of long-term projects, making planning and consistent returns less certain over the medium term.
